Refund policy

At The Cacao Pods, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every creation. Each order is hand-packed to ensure it reaches you in impeccable condition. However, should your chocolates arrive in less than perfect shape, we are here to make it right.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly include a detailed description and clear photographs showing the issue. Based on your request, we may offer a replacement of the product.

Replacements will be processed within 5 business days, and will match or exceed the value of the original product. As our offerings are perishable, we are unable to accommodate claims that are not supported by valid photographic evidence and the issue is written and duly signed by the customer. The Cacao Pods reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacements. Please note that refunds are not offered.

Our quality promise applies only to orders with complete and accurate shipping addresses. As chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product, we are unable to guarantee condition if your order is rerouted or delayed by the carrier due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts.

We kindly request you to ensure:

A full and accurate street address, including building, apartment, or office details, is provided.
The recipient is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

We cannot take responsibility for:

Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.

Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

A failure to provide an updated address within 24 hours of a failed delivery attempt.

Any returned shipments or rerouting due to incorrect addresses will incur additional fees for re-shipping or relabelling.
