At The Cacao Pods, every chocolate creation is handcrafted with care and packed with precision. Our shipping policy ensures that your experience - from checkout to unboxing - is as smooth as our truffles and as memorable as our bonbons.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India to all major cities and serviceable pin codes. If your location isn’t covered, please drop us a message - we’re happy to help wherever possible.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We dispatch from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Our chocolates are packed with special insulation to preserve freshness and avoid melting in transit.

3. Shipping Timeline

Delivery times vary based on your location:

Metro Cities: 2 - 4 business days

Non-Metro Areas: 4 - 7 business days

Please note: During festive periods or due to unavoidable courier delays, there may be slight changes in delivery timelines. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹2500.

A nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout for orders below ₹2500.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard on our website.

6. Packaging & Handling

Every order is carefully packed in a temperature-safe box with insulation and cooling elements, especially during warmer months. We ensure that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition - just as they left our atelier.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
