Welcome to The Cacao Pods. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Cacao Pods (operating via VNS AGRO FRESH). These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and products, defining your rights and responsibilities.

1. Account & Access

You must be of legal age in your region to use our Services or use our platform under the supervision of a guardian. You agree to provide accurate account information, and you are solely responsible for maintaining your password and account security. You may not share, sell, or assign your account to others.

2. Product Representation

Though we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to display differences, photography and lighting. A whitish bloom may form due to temperature differences however, the product is still suitable for consumption in case of this whitish bloom. We may update product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities without prior notice. All purchases are intended for personal use only.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when payment is successfully processed and confirmed by us. After confirmation, cancellations are only possible per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust any order, and will notify you using contact details provided during purchase.

4. Pricing & Billing

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The final price is the one reflected at checkout. Unless specified, posted prices exclude shipping and import duties in case of overseas orders. It is your responsibility to provide updated billing information and to honor payment obligations. All prices include 5% GST.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges

All shipping and delivery charges shall be borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise by The Cacao Pods.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order value, weight, volumetric weight, and applicable courier rates, and will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation for deliveries outside Delhi NCR.

Any additional charges levied by the courier partner due to remote location delivery, re-attempted deliveries, incorrect address details, or special handling requirements shall also be payable by the customer, where applicable.

Delivery Locations

Our website currently accepts orders for delivery within Delhi NCR through the online checkout.

We also offer delivery to serviceable locations across India. If you require delivery outside Delhi NCR, please contact our team before placing your order. Subject to serviceability and courier availability, we will assist you in processing your order manually.

Acceptance of orders for locations outside Delhi NCR is at the sole discretion of The Cacao Pods and is subject to logistics feasibility, product suitability, and courier service availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on this site belong to The Cacao Pods, its affiliates, or licensors. These Terms grant you a limited license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
