When creating this range, I trusted my instincts, weaving in savoury notes to keep the sweetness in balance. Sea salt, sourdough, roasted nuts, and citrusy coconut—each chosen to keep it chocolatey without overwhelming the palate. For me, it’s an easy, everyday bite… my handbag must-have, my in-between-meals snack, my little moment of joy—so fresh, it’s hard to trade off.
