Our chocolates are handcrafted fresh, with no preservatives or artificial aromas. For the best experience, enjoy your chocolate within 3 weeks. Store them at 18°C, away from sunlight and strong odours. If refrigerating, place them in an airtight container and let them return to room temperature before opening. A light white bloom may appear due to temperature changes—this is natural and safe to eat.

If I have a favourite in our chocolate collection, it’s the shards. I’ve always loved freshly blended chocolate with roasted nuts—simple, honest, and deeply satisfying. When creating this range, I trusted my instincts, weaving in savoury notes to keep the sweetness in balance. Sea salt, sourdough, roasted nuts, and citrusy coconut—each chosen to keep it chocolatey without overwhelming the palate. For me, it’s an easy, everyday bite… my handbag must-have, my in-between-meals snack, my little moment of joy—so fresh, it’s hard to trade off.
