Freshness & Care
Our truffles are handcrafted, fresh, with no preservatives or artificial aromas. THESE ARE VERY DELICATE with a shelf of only three days. Store them at 18°C, away from sunlight and strong odours. If refrigerating, place them in an airtight container and let them return to room temperature before opening. A light white bloom may appear due to temperature changes—this is natural and safe to eat.
