Our newest creation and perhaps our most hard-won. Inspired by the viral pistachio treats from Dubai, I set out to make a version that felt truly ours. Nine months and countless trials later, we found the balance—pistachio paste, sesame, and delicate crunch in perfect harmony. The moment our patrons told us it was just right, I knew all those months had been worth it.
