Our chocolates are handcrafted fresh, with no preservatives or artificial aromas. For the best experience, enjoy your chocolate within 3 weeks. Store them at 18°C, away from sunlight and strong odours. If refrigerating, place them in an airtight container and let them return to room temperature before opening. A light white bloom may appear due to temperature changes—this is natural and safe to eat.

The inspiration is the same- my childhood fascination with the Sprüngli blue box—but here, the cocoa is bolder, the sweetness more restrained. Each layer is made the same way we make everything in our atelier: slowly, attentively, and with ingredients chosen for purity, not shortcuts.
