Our chocolates are handcrafted fresh, with no preservatives or artificial aromas. For the best experience, enjoy your chocolate within 3 weeks. Store them at 18°C, away from sunlight and strong odours. If refrigerating, place them in an airtight container and let them return to room temperature before opening. A light white bloom may appear due to temperature changes—this is natural and safe to eat.

The Story Behind the Bite
Those same school fests were also where I first discovered the magic of darker chocolate—richer, slightly bitter, and deeply satisfying. My quick-fix version back then was much the same: almonds folded into melted dark chocolate and set into rustic clusters. Today, our Dark Rochers are the grown-up version of that memory: almonds in roasted, caramelised, and paste form, all bound in velvety dark chocolate. They’re indulgent without being too sweet, with a complexity that makes you want to slow down and feel each bite– Unlike any other out there.
