Our chocolates are handcrafted fresh, with no preservatives or artificial aromas. For the best experience, enjoy your chocolate within 3 weeks. Store them at 18°C, away from sunlight and strong odours. If refrigerating, place them in an airtight container and let them return to room temperature before opening. A light white bloom may appear due to temperature changes—this is natural and safe to eat.

The Story Behind the Bite
During my school days, every fest meant making cupcakes and chocolates for my house or club stalls. Back then, tempering chocolate was out of the question, so I’d melt chocolate, stir in roasted almonds, drop them into clusters on baking paper, and wrap them in coloured foil. Years later, after training in the craft, I revisited this timeless treat layering all the fest-day joy into a refined creation. Rochers may be common but ours are anything but- crafted with almonds in every form they can exist: roasted, caramelised, crunchy, and even as a silky paste, all wrapped in smooth, creamy chocolate.
